libdbuskit-dev software package provides GNUstep framework that interfaces with D-Bus (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbuskit-dev
libdbuskit-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbuskit-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbuskit-dev *
You will get with libdbuskit-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
